My girlfriend has a bump in her neck sometimes they appear in her neck too also her heart beat is very fast and her pulse rate is also fast, she is a heavy smoker and gets deppressed quite often, does anyone know what this could be.

Well I don't think this has anything to do with her sexual health, but she should definately go get checked out by her doctor soon; heart symptoms of any kind could be very serious!
