Q: Not Able to Have Kids???

My best's friend's boyfriend said that he cant' ha kids because he got kicked very hard in his genitals by some one. I told her that he was just saying that because if she got pregnant, he would say its not his because he can't have no kids, but lets pretend he really got kicked, could that make a guy not be able to have kids??? :?
