Okay so this my first one, hoping someone has some answers for me.

I have raynauds and have had it for 10 years. However, because of raynauds I can not be on the pill. But my boyfriend and I feel that we need to be safer. So this is the first time I will be on anything.

I have researched the ring and seem to think it would be the most efective however they say its like the pill but with a smaller dosage of hormones being released in your body.

So my question, anyone wih raynauds, do you know if I can use the ring?
