Q: All These Symptoms. Please Help.

My head’s cloudy and I get pinches of “like” pain in my brain, more like strain. They turn on and off. It’s not exactly a headache just aches in my brain and I can feel it in my ears.
My ears are popping on a regular basis and feel under pressure. They itch occasionally, but when they do it’s inescapable.
Fatigue and fogginess are the worst. I feel tired, exhausted, worn-out and achy, like you would with the flu.

When I get dizzy it’s without warning and it’s a quick, split second, vertigo-like reeling sensation, then i’m unsteady and about to fall.

Sinus congestion, sinus pain, sinus pressure, sinus headaches, itchy nose, itchy body, pressured ears, chills, night-waking, fatigue, muscle pains, cloudiness and dizziness of the head would well sum up my symptoms.Can someone please tell me what I have.

Hi you say fogginess i`m not sure what you mean but i`ll describe what I have and how I feel. I have an anxiety disorder which started as I had a viral illness and I convinced myself I was really ill. The constant levels of fear and panic developed symptoms known as depersonalisation and derealisation. These symptoms are related to how you feel about yourself and how you see things around you. I feel detached from my body like i`m not really here, my brain feels like its not there and replaced with cotton wool! This made me panic even more! Also I have the sensation that i`m seeing things through a fog or a mist all I know is its just not normal, I feel very disconnected with the world.

Everything else sounds much like panic attack symptoms which does not mean your crazy, or that its not normal. Your body is reacting to something which it perceives as a threat although it isn`t really! The mind is so powerful but all it needsis to be retrained again.

Good luck

Hi kareem,
i see that 40 people have read your post but no one has commented.
I am not sure how much help I can be but I will give it a shot.
If you are suffering from anxiety you will experience things such as;
chest pain, shaking, dizziness, nausia, achey back and body, cloudy vision, lump on the throat, missed heart beats, fast heart rate, fatigue, unable to concentrate, cold hands, feeling of having a heart attack etc - well these are my symptoms of anxiety and most people that I have spoken to with anxiety also have these symptoms.

So if you have some of theses the it is quiet possible that you are suffering from anxiety. You do not need to have all the symptoms. 4 or more is what I was told and some people have totally differant symptoms to me - but nearly all have the chest pain.
I suggest that you read some of the posts on here and see if that match what you are going through.

Take care
bek
