I'm new here so I don't know if this topic has been addressed. I have been in a relationship with a great guy for almost 2 years. I always knew that he was the one for me. Over the past month when i've been struggling with possible anxiety, I feel like I don't know anything anymore. And i've been doubting being with my fiance'. I don't understand. He's great and has been totally supportive and loving and caring during all this. I go to the Dr. Friday to find out what to do. Has anyone else had this ame problem, and did it get better when you started taking medication? I love my fiance' with all my heart and I just don't understand. Please help!

First of all, you seem to be on the right track about seeing your doctor.

You say you feel unsure about him when you're anxious, but how do you feel about him at other times. If you're certain all is well in the relationship, then give the anxious moments time to pass.

It could just be cold feet. But i'm sure if he is the wonderful guy that he sounds like then he will be willing to wait on you work through your feelings. Just give yourself some time. Everything will work out. Maybe you just need some time apart, but that could also heighten enxiety so be careful.
