Hi ,i need help.My friend.S baby ,who lives in russia is 10 months old ,she is very slow in her motor development ,she just recenly started holding her head ,she does not grasp toys or rolls over .She was born normal ,but at the age 1 month she had flu ,ended up in the emergency room ,was revived ,russian doctors say nothing can be done please give some advice ,maybe it is somehow possible to bring her in us ,maybe some charity can help .
