Hi, my mom who's in her mid 40s right now is suspected of having adenomyosis...
She had one of her ovaries removed because of a cyst 10 years ago and is now on hormones to continue her menstruation. Now after an mri scan the doctor told her that she has another cyst in her ovaries and probably has adenomyosis since she shows all the symptoms of it. She fears doing a hysterectomy...I'm at a lost. Just wondering, how is it like after the procedure? Do the problems go away just like that or is it tougher than that?
*do breast pain and pain when walking have anything to do with adenomyosis? =s I really do appreciate it if you help in any way! =)
