Q: Brown Discharge

I have had a small amount of brown discharge in my underwear for the last two days in a row and a few times since my last period. I used tampons for the first time during my last period. I am also on the pill and this is my 6th month. I have unprotected sex and am currently being monitored by my gyno due to irregular pap tests. I am 25 years old. I am also having alot of cramping in my lower abdomin. Any clue as to what can be happening with me? Could I be pregnant? Or is it something else? Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks!

I'm not sure... Many women have spotting between their periods on the pill. Since you're not a virgin, it's unlikely that you cut or broke something when using the tampons for the first time. Ask your doctor. It sounds like you're either having a very long period, or you may be pregnant; there's always the chance of that.
