Muscle Twitiching And Ears Ringing

Hi guys,

i have been having this unknown problem even I consult doctors and under going some medical test for a month.

My symptoms include
- regular low pulse muscle twitching all over my body tat can last for 10 sec to 1 min interver. 1 part at a time. Sometime ok sometime alot. Can be face, arms, legs, body behide my back.
- muscle like going to cramp esp when I am relax. My neck is also often stift.
- once or twice it happen that my feet just let a big jerk by itself
- tingling sensation at foot and arms
- ringing sound in ears (just recently on and off...)
- constantly dryness in mouth and some phlegm.

Can someone advice me wat is going on? As the doctor have not give me a good answer...
