So I haven't really purged and if I did it
wasn't much you know but today I felt so
bloated and fat and grose and my older
sister left her diet pills here so I took
one it was a pm she has a am and pm. On
the pm it says to take one after dinner
well since I was nt able to purge much I
took one I was so scared to though but
there wasn't anything like sideeffects on
the bottle so I think it is safe though I
might start taking them I don't know
thgouh but any ways I found these really

Hi angel,
please don't take those diet pills. They
are addictive, and they cause so many side
effects. They won't necessarily happen
the first time you take them (but can
happen as soon as that for some) - the
effects do build up over time. I used to
take diet pills too, and they really
messed me up. When I was in the states
some years back I got some diet pills,
which were otherwise known as "legal
speed". Regardless of what type you
take, they can and do cause damage.
Please be careful...
