So I haven't really purged and if I did it wasn't much you know but today I felt so bloated and fat and grose and my older sister left her diet pills here so I took one it was a pm she has a am and pm. On the pm it says to take one after dinner well since I was nt able to purge much I took one I was so scared to though but there wasn't anything like sideeffects on the bottle so I think it is safe though I might start taking them I don't know thgouh but any ways I found these really awesome poems that I love!!!!!
