Please help I am 30 years old and cant
take any more of this. My neck is sore
24/7 when I touch my chin to chest my back
and back of legs are so tight and sore. I
have pains in my lower back and I am now
getting numbness in my left leg and left
side of face . When I wake up I nearly
have to cruel out of bed as I am so sore.
I got a new mattress and pillow but stull
sore.I am sick of going to the doctor my
whole body feels like I am 70 years old
and my family are sick of me moaning .I
get headaches as well back of the head
shoulder area please can someone help me
so I can maybe go on soething when I next
see my gp thankyou

Hi very sore ~
I am so sorry to hear the pain you are
in. I had most of the same symptoms as
you have and now at 42y/o just had my 7th
spine surgery in may. I am fused from
c3-7 both anterior and posterior and from
l3-s1 both anterior and posterior. I
belong to several support forums so if you
are interested please let me know. I am
sure you will get some support from these
forums. Have you seen your gp or any
other doctor yet for your pain?

might try going to a chriopacter for I
have had alot of pain with my neck and
have pain and numbness down my arms and I
went to one, was really amazed of the
relief he done for me. Since I have been
going to him I haven't had any pain or
numbness with my neck. You probally need
it popped. Most Dr.'s don't believe in
them but a good md will pop your back and
neck. However I had to go for a couple
visits to get it all done.
