Feel the Same Way
My kind is quick stabbing pains in my back. They'd go once only for a second. Is this in the same order of anxiety symptoms?

I dont think so,i have had anxiety for over 10 yrs.Now.The pains that occured brought on my anxiety attack. It really scared me.Maybe it was the way that I sit sometimes,it just scares me that it goes up into my jaw like that.It freaks me out.Going to see the Dr. Tue. To see whats causing it.Everytime which isnt alot, when I get it I think im having a heart attack, but it happens only when im sitting or laying down, and its not a sharp pain, more like a nagging pain,it just really scares me.Thank you
