Actually I find that so attractive. I have a friend who is part Italian and she has the same thing. As a little kid they were really purple and looks as though she wore make up. At a closer look you can even see shades of pink. Now that she is older it has gotten lighter. It still looks like make up, but of course its just the way her skin is. She use to find it unattractive, but she's come to like them now.

Also it's just a feature of your ethnicity. I'm not sure of any tips to hide them or make them less revealing.

Koreans have bags under the eyes as well, but their bags are just their skin color and not purple or anything like that. Also they have no eye folds at the top of their eyes [as most Asians don't] so it gives the affect of having eye folds at the bottom of their eyes instead of the top. I think it's also attractive. More Asians each year get surgery done to remove the eye bags and get eye folds as well.

I'm not sure if you want surgery done though ^^;
