Q: Red Dot??? Help

I have what seems to be the same thing except its lower then u explained closer to my sac then my head, could it still be the same thing? Its seems nothing more then a blood blister but I am just worried cuz I woke up with it out of no where, its not hard it doesnt hurt and the spot is smaller then a dime but bigger then an eraser head, some one help me out here
