I am always sleepy. It usually starts after lunch. I have tried eating small meals or not eating at all. But I get so sleepy my eyes water so much it look like I am crying. I am in treatment for depression after the loss of my husband and I am on blood pressure and heart meds. But my dr says that is not the problem, 2 other drs told me it is a autoimune problem but the dr I have now does not know what the other dr's were talking about. I really dont know what to do, all I want to do is sleep, I have loss intrest in everything I use to do, like crocheting and painting. Does anyone else have this problem?
