Hey,

i also have depression, have only had it for aprox 7 months but it feels much longer. I'm assuming since you've had it so long, that you've been to the doctor and had blood tests to make sure that nothing else it effecting you other than your depression? I know that I couldn't bring myself to leave my bed, due to lack of motivation and also it turned out that I was enemic. So I was also diagnosed with depression and an iron deficiency which didn't really help my depression. I'm on medication now and whilst I feel alot less murky in my head, there are still days where I go back and am too afraid of nothing to leave my bed and my house.

So I realise our cases are different, but you're not alone. If you ever want to chat, just im me.
