Hi all,

i wonder if anyone might know why I have a hole in the very bottom of my spine? I am 32 years old and have never experienced any problems with it, but I am curious to know what and why is it there? According to my mother, it was connected to being tested for down syndrome when I was born. I dont have downs syndrome however. No one has been able to give me any further information.

The only way to explain it is that it is an extra belly button in the wrong place, and from studying a skeleton it is at the very end of the spine. I have not met anyone with the same or similar 'condition' (for want of a better word). Does anyone know anything about it? I can not find any information on the subject! Thank you in advance.
