Q: Do I Have a Heart Murmur

For the past few years every now and then it would feel like my heart flutters. It's like the feeling you get on a roller coaster in your stomach only in your heart, i've never thought anything of it but it happened again today for a few hours and they are a little more noticable. And i'm worried something might be wrong and I don't know when I can get an appt with the doc.

Thanks, nick.

Have you experienced any pain, nausea, dizziness? Have you experienced any anxiety during those symptoms?

Feeling dizzy when getting up too fast is normal...It is called orthostatic hypotension and you become dizzy because when you get up so fast most of the blood goes to the inferior extremities and the brains remains with very little blood. But it gets back to normal in a few seconds. Try not to get up so sudden.

As for the "heart problems" ...I think your heart is not the problem...I believe you have experienced panic attacks....But a visit to the doctor's is a must. Possible heart problems are nothing to play with. Get yourself checked and whatever the problem is, you will get treatment and you will feel better.

Good luck!
