Where Does Someone With Heart Disease Get Health Insurance? Posted: 09-08-05 22:07pm
Hi everyone,
i have always had medical insurance
through my wifes employment since coming
to the us from the uk 6 years ago. I have
had 5 heart attacks since 1995 along with
three bypass surgeries, nine angiograms,
two lots of angioplasty and five stents.
The company my wife works for recently
went bankrupt and now neither of us have
health insurance. We have both made
extensive inquiries over the past seven
days but each time I tell the reps from
these companies that I have a heart
condition they say they are unable to help
us. Does anyone out there know of an
insurance company in the us that would be
willing to take us on at a reasonable cost
with a fairly low deductable?
Any help would be appreciated.
