My ear has been clogged for over a month now. I went to the doctor and she said I had fluid in my ear and to take sudafed...Nothing happened.
Now what? It's driving me crazy, I can barely hear out of my left ear!
Someone help!

I Too Have Clogged/plugged Ears
Hi nancy,

my ears are clogged/plugged as well going on for well over a week now. I posted about my ears being plugged on here. It's not a nice feeling at all!. What exactly is swimmers ear? I was not told I had that but I saw two doctors one that said it was wax and did a flush of my ears but that didn't help and another that gave me benadril which I didn't want to take due to the side affects (drowsiness.) I go back to the doctors tomorrow and hoping for some answers. Has anything worked for you yet? I hope I am not stuck with this forever. I already deal with cronic headaches.

Would love to hear how you are doing and if anything worked for you.

Take care!

I had this problem three summers ago. I dived off a diving board in wildwood crest new jersey and when I came up my ear was clogged. It came out while I was there but than it happened again at home.

So I went to the doctor and they cleaned my ears out with a tube and warm water. Now I am very careful when I go underwater.

Because i'm afraid it will happen again and a clogged ear is uncomfortable and annoying.
