I just started taking birth control pills three months ago. I started having sex 2 1/2 weeks ago. I have been taking my pilss on time and reguraly, but these two last days I have been feeling this fluttery feeling in my belly..Could this be a sign of pregnancy?...If I am pregnant what will the effect be of me still continueing to take my pills..

Where were you in the pills when you started having sex? If you were on the active pills, the chances of you being pregnant are very low. When is your next period due?

Reply,
My period is due next week sometime...But I have never felt this feeling before and it worries because I am a newlywed and I am not prepared at all for a pregnancy right now.. :( ...I may be jumping to conclusions but if I am pregnant I dont want to harm the baby by continuing to take my pills.

Continuing the pills would probably not be good for a fetus. I would get a pregnancy test since you're one week from the period, and the ept test you can buy in stores works up to one week before a missed period.
