Hi lonely angel,
it sounds like a positive step (yet
important one too). All treatments are
different. I go to a clinic in dublin
(ireland), which is an outpatient clinic.
Perhaps a good place to start, would be
to make a list of what you want from a
treatment team. However, it is important
if doing this, to be both honest to your
needs, and to be realistic too.
Personally, where I go, there isn't too
much emphasis put on the behaviors - for
me personally, this was what I needed. I
do not think i'd be where I am today if
i'd gone to a place that was redgimental
in its' approach. Then ring around the
places, and get a vibe of what sounds
right for you. Check out
www.Something-fishy.Org, as they have a section on "treatment
finder", which may help you find a
suitable place.
Best of luck with whatever you decide.
