Q: Bump In Anus

Hello, I have noticed a bump or swell on the outter rim of my anus opening about the size of a peanut. It is sensitive and feels rather fleshy. I am concerned that it might be cancer or something else. It is the same color as the rest of my anus.
I usually move my bowls two three times a day and I pass gas every few minutes. I also have diabetes. What could be the condition?
