Q: Severe Morning Stomach Pains

I am a 19 year old (non-impregnated) female, and ever since I can remember, I have had severe stomach pains after I eat the first meal of the day. They only last for about 5-10 minutes, and don't always occur every day, but they are severe.

Does anyone know what this could be? I've never been able to figure it out.

I'm a bit baffled myself. I keep thinking 'gas' since that can build up while you are sleeping since you lay down all night, but i'm not sure. I think you should definitely get this checked out.
