Help me please

i need advice, im on birth control but I skip days often then take 2 the next day, my last period was heavy for a 1/2 of day I usually have my period for 1 1/2 days and then maybe start up again a day later, this time it was only the 1/2 a day, then 2 weeks later I started spotting for a day, then stopped and 2 days later I started up again, then stopped and 3 days later now im spotting again. About a week ago I was sick, or I thought I was sick, I was throwing up and getting hot/cold and dizzy. Please let me know if it sounds like im pregnant.
