I can tell you are inexperienced and/or young because you beleive the is such thing as "pre cum" cum is cum is cum. And it all has your little sperm in it. Except for urine, if it's coming out of your penis it has sperm in it. Millions of them. Can your girlfriend wash milliojns of them away? Maybe. Maybe not. Sperm like to travel.
