What pills are you taking? Do they have a website? Normally on the pills website it will tell you the directions of what to do for missed pills. For both loestrin and the one I am currently taking; ortho tricyclen lo, she said that once I missed three weeks to call her and stuff. When I missed a pill she told me to take it when I remember, and take the next one at a normal time. More than one missed pill she told me not to take all the missed pills at once.
I would talk to your doctor or see if your pill has a website to go to for information. Only because you could be on a different dosage than me and your doctor could be prescribing you differently.

I think that if you're bleeding, then you probably have your period, and you're not pregnant. But only because you got lucky!! Otherwise, unprotected sex on the three days you missed pills would almost certainly have impregnated you. You can always get a pregnancy test, but I have no idea how good one will work while you're on your period. A blood test would be the best bet, but wait till this period ends.

Odds are that you're not pregnant.
