Q: Pectoral Implants For Men

I am planning to have pectoral implants sometime before the end of the year.. Can anyone whohas went through this procedure please give me a first hand account of the experience? Its still quite an uncommon surgery in the uk and I am having difficulty in finding material to research the operation.
