Lumps And Bumps

Went for a shower thismorning and noticed a large lump in my vaginal area (its sort of inner and outer lip on one side) its about the size of a large pea to a small marble! Its not red but its quite sore, I have had lumps like this in the past but never this size and they have gone away within a week!! This one is a little scary due to the size! Any ideas or tips to get rid of it :?:
