Discharges are secretions that a girl's body produces. It usually helps your your vagina clean by protecting itself from bad bacteria.
But some discharge can be bad like if it smells really bad (like fishy) or if it looks like cottage cheese or something. It might mean a yeast infection, so you should really check a gynocologist. If it's clear, it's usually normal and it may dry yellow on your undies.
Discharges changes due to your hormonal fluctuation...So one day it could be all slimy and the next its all thick.
