Is it possible to have 1 tube and 1 overi removed, but uterus and other overi and tube in tact. Is it still possible to get pregant ? I have very light periods still

Yes,
I cican, do you still have your uterus? If you do, and you have one overy and one tube left, yes you can have a normal pregnancy, and it could tubal as well, so be careful in everything you do, but just remember to see a doctor as well , and have checkups. Well good luck to you god bless you.

An osteology professor told me recently of a case where a women did have a pregnancy outside of her uterus, somewhere in the abdominal cavity (i forgot where). The baby was carried to term and had to be delivered via c section.

As far as your case goes, there is no reason to believe that you will not have a perfectly normal pregnancy. Having one tube removed does not make you more susseptible to ectopic pregnancy--dont know what hotty is talking about. You may only ovulate every other month, but you could ovulate every months just depends on your ovary.
