No Period In 10 Months And Not Pregnant Posted: 09-04-05 00:05am
I am 20 years old and I have always had
regular periods until this year. I didn't
have a period in 10 months and I have had
many pregnancy tests done and im not
pregnant.I always have bad pains in my
stomach so bad sometimes I cry and my
doctor said its nothing to worry about and
he wont do anything about it, but I worry
about it every day. I dont think its
normal for all of a sudden not to have a
period for that long. I just dont know
what to do.

i dont know if this is going to be helpful
for you, but my periods were always
irregular and at times I didnt have one
for about 1 year. I never thought
anything about it, as I was young and just
let it be. I am now married, and am
trying for a baby. After two yrs of
trying I found out I have polycystic
ovaries and this is why my periods were
irregular. I too used to get really bad
stomach pains. But I never mentioned it
to anyone, and no I think if just I had
found out earlier. You should speak to a
different doctor and tell him about your
concerns. Good doctors are very hard to
find nowadays.
