Siezures, Hicups, Nausea, Ect..

My brother, a 22year old male in the united states marine corps was rushed to the e.R on august 14th for severe seizures, he was there for 18days. During the days he was in a induced coma for 6, woke up and had 24/7 nausea and hicups, he is at home on home health, and he still has servere to moderate nausea *waves* and doctors are still confused to what it is, if anyone has any idea and would like more spicific information on the case and think they could help it would be most appreciated, thank you so much.
