Q: Help-im Not Sure What This Is

Hi I am a 15 year old female and for as long as I can remeber every day I experience muscle weakness as in I can't stand up without help, I am unstable and can barely walk and my body feels paralyzed, it happens sometimes at night when im sleeping or after I exercise or after i'm sitting for too long, it usually happens in the morning but sometimes when im sleeping and lasts for about 1-2 hours and I can't walk up stairs or anything... After it happens im back to normal...Please does anybody know what this could be??????

Mate I have no idea!!! But sounds quite serious so please go to the doctor and tell them, especially if it has been happening for a while!!
