Laparoscopy
Hi there...

My name is holli and I have had two laparoscopies, my latest one in mid july. Honestly, the pain you will feel after surgery depends on what they find and what they do during surgery. My first lap was to have an ovarian cyst removed, so all they did was open me up and remove it, and sew me back up. I was fine in a few days. In july, during my surgery I had extensive endo and they had to burn it off my intestines and organs and other things. I was very sore for about 5 days, but really since I have healed from it I am so glad it was done. You can get through it, and it will be worth it in the end to know what is going on and what you need to do to treat it. I know it is scary, I have had two and when it is time for my next one I will be just as nervous! Just take it easy for a few days after surgery and you will be fine. Any other questions just let me know! ...Good luck!
