Im sure my spelling is probably wrong on that but o well. Anyway I have major pannic disorder. I have pannic attacks all the time. I think I may have hypocondria. My shrink didnt diagnose it though. I always feel sick. I go to the er quite frequently because I think there might something really bad wrong with me. The doctors rarely find anything. Right now I think I am just coming out of a pannic attack. I have been dizzy all day. Now I think I might have diabetes or maybe pregnant. The past few days I have been sure that I am pregnant because I have some of the symptoms but the tests are negative so far. I feel like a freak. What is wrong with me? If I am a hypocondriac what is the treatment plan for it? Is is just theropy? Any advice would be great.

Thanks
tia

Hypo
Tia, it sounds like you may be suffering from anxiety more than just being a hypo. My advice, find a good counseler. Not a psych that is going to be quick to put you on meds, though that is not a bad thing. But a counselor who can help you with relaxation and posative thinking.

Signs
Here are the signs that you most likely aren't afflicted with [fill in the blank]

(1) [fill in the blank] changes from day to day.
(2) [fill in the blank] occurs repeatedly over a few years (i.e. if you had what you thought, you probably would not last more than a year)
(3) When you are truly occupied with something else that is actually fun you temporarily forget [fill in the blank]
(4) Symptoms change, and so does the mind--if your mind isn't busy doing something else, it often will create internal problems.
