I have been getting this sharp pain in my lower right abdomen for about 2 years now. It comes and goes but when it comes it becomes so intense that I have to bend over to relieve it.. I cant stand up straight or it hurts too much. I have had blood tests and stomach tests but nothings wrong! Coild my appendix be acting up? The pain will then go away for upto a month, and come back suddenly..It is really freaking me out, anyone know what it is or have the same thing. Its about 1 inch in from my pelvic bone.

Could be your appendix or gallbladder as they are both in that spot and can cause some pretty severe pain. Is the pain under your right rib cage? Does it happen after eating anything fatty, greasy, spicy? That is more than likely gb. If it is farther down on the right side it's probably your appendix. I would go back to your Dr. And ask for an abdominal ultrasound. They will check all your organs including your gb.

Good luck!

Pain Under the Rib Cage
My brother had pain under his rib cage for months and months, after going for mri and numerous blood work he was found to have a bacteria in his kidney.
He took agressive antibiotics for months and the pain has gone away.
It was a rare bacteria that is normally not detected in the bloodwork.
