I get these big irritating bumps under my pubic hair... They hurt when they are touched and are very tender. I tried popping them a few times and a white fluid came out following along with blood. Other times I just left them alone but they tend to pop by them selves. They usulay occur when I have unprotected sex, about 1 or 2 appear and it takes about 1-2 weeks for them to go away... If you have any idea what it could be please let me know... Thanks

They could just be ingrown hairs.
