Actually on the radio today, they were talking to a economist , and they said that it would actually not do anything to help bring gas prices down.


But gas is insane this morning it was 3.09 I was in class for about 4 hours and it jumped up to 3.26!

3.29 this morning here in indiana--3.59 this even

bet its like 4.39 over in chicago right now!! Anyone from there let me know if you would. Just curious used to live there last time gas went up over 4.00

Actually what i've heard is that several refineries have been damaged and shut down due to the hurricane katrina tragedy and that's what caused the immediate jump in the last 2 days for the gas prices. Gas prices in la are at $3.36 for 91 premium gas. Unfortunately, that'ss what my car takes.

"with this kind of hiccup in refinery capacity, in stretched markets like california, you could see over $4 a gallon in gas," evan smith, an analyst at u.S. Global investors, told cnn/money.

Gas in san antonio is $2.99 right now & it cost $50 for us to fill up our tank! So in a month it about take $200 - $275 to fill up our tank. So gas is costing as much if not more then what were paying on our car! Gas up here is suppost to jump to $4 or $5 in a week! Some one needs to do something!! In my home town gas is $3.67!!! Its to out raigous!!!
