My son has gotten a 16 year old pregnant
she is about 6 months along. She wants
the baby for now but her mom wants her to
put it up for adoption. My son wants to
raise this baby with my help of course
(which I want more than anything) my first
grandchild. What do we need to do to
establish his rights for this child? My
son loves this girl and wants to marry her
some day but he also wants her to finish
school and go to college like she planned.

You need his name on the birth certificate
or a dna test done so if she wants to put
the baby up for adoption you can take it
to court :d
