Q: Pain When Swallowing

Hello,

for the past two months I have had pain when swallowing liquids. This pain is centralized near the tonsils, and behind the uvula in the back of the throat. Swallowing food is not painful and actually makes the pain dissipate.

At times, I am able to clear my throat and the pain goes away temporarily.

If anyone has any suggestions or ideas as to what this may be, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you -

nicholas
