Most of my life I was always tiny. I weighed 69 lbs until I was 17 then 100 lbs til I was 20 and maintained that weight until I had a baby.

Ten years after my daughter was born I somehow got up to 187lbs (yikes)... I didn't even weigh that much when I was 9 months pregnant.lol So I started kick boxing for a few years, when I had the time, didn't eat more than 400 calories a day but would drink alot of coffee every day at work (which is loaded with calories). There have even been days even a wk/wk & a half were I'd forgot to eat anything, just had coffee. I'd get up @ 6 a.m., go to work, have some coffee, work through my break and lunch time,more coffee, leave work sometimes after 9 p.m., before I knew it..time for bed, day in and day out...after a few days i'd realize I hadn't had anything to eat for days...lol.

Now during the week I drink alot of water & coffee, try to eat at least 1 280 - 300 calorie Smartone meal and at least 1 bag of steamed vege's (loaded with butter of course), which is another 100+ calories a day. On the weekends I splurge a little sometimes and have pizza or a sub but nothing too crazy so I can maintain my weight.

I'm not sure if this is healthy or not, but it's what has worked for me. I'm 5'5", 113 lbs now & 42 years old; I don't work out anymore, haven't since I blew out both my shoulders and herniated a couple discs kick boxing.

Well this sounds a lot like anorexia I have anorexia/bullimia sub-type which means I have tendency from both eating disorder diagnosed 2 years ago was in recovery for 6 months and am now right back where I was.....and you do gain all the weight back as soon as you start eating right again thats why I'm relapsing because I want it off and this time I probably wont recover dont want to recover....anyway I eat 300-400 calories a day and burn off the amount I eat through exercise on a binge and purge day I eat anywhere from 1500-2200 which is actually a normal amount for most women but to me thats a huge amount and of course I throw it up and take laxitives at the same time just to be sure I get it all out and exercise more ....I binge purge 1x a week other 6 days are starving my diet is no breakfast lunch is plain tuna in water and dinner is half a can of soup and snack is half an apple which adds up to 300-400 calories anything over 500 I take an x-lax I would not encourage you to do this the longer you go at it the harder it is to get out of it .........yes you can live off of 300 calories but you will not be living a fun life for sure your weak and tired and don't like to socialize due to only ever thinking about food and if your losing weight !!! you lose friends and family don't trust you to be alone !! I'd say a healthy way to lose weight is 1200 -1400 if your a girl and 30 min. a day working out and healthy food not crap lol

Try this one
Breakfast

5 snax biscuits (dry crackers)
1 slice of cheddar cheese
1 small apple
1 cup black tea/coffee/water

Lunch

1 boiled egg
1 slice of dry toast
1 cup black tea/coffee/water


Dinner

1 cup of tuna
1 cup of beetroot
1 cup of cauliflower
1/2 melon
1/2 cup of diet vanilla ice-cream
1 cup black tea/coffee/water





This is the diet plan you should try following.Its 700 calories approx.. Men body need daily 2500 calories intake.It means that by following this plan your daily calories requirement will be 1800 deficit.It not dangerous at all.In case if you work out and loose daily let say 500 calories by running or skipping you will still be on a healthy diet plan.Let me tell you one thing that 3500 calories on fat makes 1 pound.If you follow this plan for 3 week,you will see the results. 200lbs lost in 7months from eating 260 cals per day
I lived off 260 cals a day for 7 months. 1 weighed 325lbs at the start by the end i was 125lbs i was in and out of the hospital because my tummy was eating its self i had massive pians in my tummy. Would i do it again if i needed to HELL YES i would i have my life back. i have kept the 200lbs off for 8 years now and ive had 2 children. i now eat ever other day around 2500 cals every other day. my blood pressure is perfect.

Anyone looking to start/ follow this
The worst thing about all this is I would see 300 calories as a blessing. I normally will not eat more then 150 per day and my body has adapted. Trust me no one wants to start this. It becomes an addiction. Anorexia is a ugly disease and it takes its toll on your whole life. Once you go there its so hard to change to ever think normally about food again. Its a dark place. You wont be able to sleep at night, you wont be able to sit comfortably, you will fear food, and you will hate yourself, you will alienate yourself from others, eventually they will leave you alone. You will always be cold, your muscles will always be sore, and no matter how much weight you lose when you look in the mirror you will still be fat, its never enough. You will develop heart problems, your hair will fall out, your body will wither away, and you wont be perfect or attractive. I am afraid of food, I still despise my body, I see a fat girl when I look in the mirror but everyone tells me how skinny I have gotten. This is not a diet to lose 10 pounds, this is not a lifestyle. This is a disease, and a cruel one at that.

I'm 16 and feel the same way i way 8 stone at the moment and i want to be 6 or 5 stone i have been eating one bowl of specialK a day and iv lost 6 pounds in only a week i don't feel like i need to swallow food just taste it and spit it out and u really don't need to swallow .... if i keep doing this how much weight will i loose ?
