So you're saying you loose your appitite when the temperature gets hot?
That can happen to some people, it is not as pleasent to eat when it is boiling hot outside, I have the same. But it still doesn't stop be from eating~
In the summer its so warm that your body needs to sweat a lot and clear out all the toxins, you must drink LOTS of fluids in this season, and still eat a healthy amount of food.
In the summer people also tend to be much more active in the winter, this makes their food intake extra important to have the extra energy to burn off/use.
Hope this helps? Did I answer your question at all ? :S

72 grams of protien a day
I know having less than 1200 calories a day causes ones body to go into starvation mode, but what if one eats 72 grams of protein a day while keeping calories down to about 600-700 ? In order, to lose weight one has to create a deficit. Also, if eating very low calorie diet is bad why is it used for individuals who suffer obesity to promote rapid weight loss for a set period of time?

300-500 calories a day, yeah, been there done that. Okay, lost my period, hospitilized, almost didn't get to go back to school, couldn't play sports, lost friends, constant fights with family. Sound enjoyable?
Get over yourselves. No one is going to take care of problems for you. You have phones. Call the doctor and make an appointment. That's all it takes. They'll decide what kind of help you need from there.

FYI, I eat 2000-24000 calories a day, I'm 5'4" and I'm a 17-year-old girl. I don't gain weight. Most people would say I am thin and athletic. I also menstruate regularly, and have learned to let go of numbers (lbs, calories, fat, etc.) and actually enjoy food - what I want, when I want it.

Once again, it's up to you to change. I wasted away, assuming someone else would eventually save me, and guess what? They didn't. Not my parents or friends or anyone. Why? Because, as crazy as it sounds, they are intimidated by you. They are scared of your reaction and don't realize how serious the issue is.
