Well..I don't think thre's any instant way to gain weight. Even if there is any, it may be harmful. Gaining weight should be a long process that will involve a good diet and a properly laid out exercise program. I think a professional may help.

The above person is right. If you want to gain weight in a healthy way, i'd suggest a protein high, and carb high diet. Then you would begin with some wieght lifting. Remember to lift light though, with lots of reps, you may want to have a professional help you set up a program.
