Maybe you did! I felt this fluttering for the first time on my 16th week and still enjoying it until now. Though my baby is sometimes active on some days and on others days, not much. I am on my 22nd week and I am looking forward for that "strong kick" pretty soon. Quickening can be felt between the 18th - 22nd week of pregnancy.
