Have a nice day to all..

Can anyone help me pls... My brother is experiencing on and off fever in the evening... As I assess him his eyes looks like swollen, looks pale... And every time I ask him if he's alright he always tell me that he experience headache in the afternoon everyday... Im afraid he's sick... Help me pls.. Thanks a lot :( :(

It sounds like he needs to see a doctor! Headaches often accompany any kind of illness.
