Hi,

please help. Since last april after taking some medications " sandomigran 0.5mg co" and mri (brain scan) i've been feeling this warm blood running through my head. I have a hard time to concentrate and open my eyes.

I'm now suffering from a major depression. I can't stand myself anymore. I just cry day after day. Can't eat, I have lost quite a bit of weight since june (30lbs) - can't sleep. I refuse to take any antidepressant pills. I don't trust them - I was prescribed "celexa" - but I just have a hard time taking them. I want to get better without taking any pills - it is possible? Or is there any natural medication that I can take instead.

Please help - thank you!

Hope This Helps
Hi oshun,

sandomigran 0.5mg is usually used for migraine or cluster headaches. Sometimes migraines or cluster headaches are caused from a low level of serotonin, which in turn causes depression. Not wanting to eat and losing weight is defiantely a sign of depression. Most people don't realise depression is not just a feeling we get if we are sad. Depression is caused from a chemical change in our brain and lowering of serotonin levels, whcih would affect your sleep patterns as well. Go to your dr and please trust him, let him put you onto a mild anti depressant to help you get through this bad patch in your life. Remember some tablets take a good 4 to 6 weekks to start working well.
I hope I have managed to help you a little. Please keep posting here.
