Q: Shoulder Problem

I previously had various ops on my shoulder after a skiing accident several years ago. Having got mrsa from the first op, complications arose. Ended up being told nothing else would work except a fusion! I was horrified and never went back. Built my shoulder up myself. Took a long long time but I got there. For last few years been great - living normal life doing great job that I love. Then suddenly, my shoulder got really painful and now I can hardly move it plus a massive black bruise has appeared.... No idea what to do, too scared to go to hospital. Just trying to ride it out with painkillers... Anyone experienced anything like this? Any ideas? :(
