Q: Bad Ingrown Hairs

Hello i've got a bad case of ingrown pupic hair's,is there anything that can be done besides the whole "pop" and look like you have a serious dieseas
because I know when you pop ingrowns it leaves dark poc marks,and not it's not a std recently tested.These are deep and asides from warm compresses I don't know what to do.
