Microdermabrasion which can be done by yourself at home.I think its actually aluminium oxide ground to a fine powder.You mix it with a cream or face wash and it is very effective for peeling away dry skin.You can buy it in a cream form or just the crystals to add to your own.I am not sure where exactly you can get it I know beauticians supply it but it can definatley be purchased on ebay as that is where I got some from.
